On the process approach to modelling of management and production

The paper considers the problems of process management of organization, one of which is an alternative way of implementation of business processes – outsourcing. The author has analyzed four classes of tasks: selection of processes for disposal to outsourcing, selection of an outsourcing model, selection of a service provider, organization of transfer from the traditional model of working to the outsourcing model.

Possibility of delivery of new fish products to consumer market

The paper considers the problem of development and delivery of new fish products to the consumer market. The attention has been paid to the analysis of changes in consumer preferences and demand for these products, technologies and competitive environment. The authors have noted that the survival of fish processing company depends on how well it develops and introduces new products to market.
